Happy feet’s are the prettiest. Take care of your feet by applying a little moisturizer along with sunscreen to avoid any sunburns. You can also wear a skin colored socks to prevent them getting damaged.

Frequent washing of your hair can strip your scalp of its natural oils, which stimulates additional oil production and makes you feel the need to wash it even more and it makes your hair greasier. Using a homemade or natural dry shampoo, such as cornstarch, instead of regular shampoo can make you go a bit longer without washing. You can also use baby powder if you do not own a dry shampoo as it works the same.
7. Exfoliate From Head to Toe
Exfoliating can remove dead cells from the body and help in nourishment and make the area clean. You can use a clear shampoo to exfoliate your hair once in two weeks to give yourself a clean and fresher looking hair. There are a lot of scrubs available in the market to exfoliate your skin. The best DIY is to mix olive oil or coconut oil and sugar and use it as a scrub.
